Does the POS keep working without internet?
Yes. The till keeps recording sales while the internet is down and sends them up when the connection returns, so no sale is lost. Reconnect before you reload the page or close the register for the day.
How much does Fosbiz Retail POS cost?
Retail POS plans cost ₦30,000, ₦50,000 or ₦70,000 a month, billed annually, and Enterprise is priced to fit your business. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, and prices can be shown in naira, US dollars, euros, pounds or Australian and New Zealand dollars.
Which payment methods does Fosbiz Retail POS support?
At the till you can take cash, card, bank transfer and POS terminal payments, and customers can pay from a prepaid wallet. Wallet top-ups are paid online through Paystack, Flutterwave or Moniepoint.
Can I run several shops or branches?
Yes. All branches run from one account: the Growth plan covers 1–2 branches and Advanced 2–10, with stock and sales for each branch and for the whole business.
Can I move my data from my current POS?
Yes. You fill in Fosbiz spreadsheet templates with your products, categories, customers, stock on hand, wallet balances, unpaid invoices and opening balances. Fosbiz checks every row and does a test run before importing, and running the import again updates records instead of duplicating them.
